Ingredients:​makes approx. 2 egg waffles- 1 cup of cake flour- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar- 1 tsp. baking powder- 1 tsp. oil- 2 large eggs- 1 Tbsp. matcha powder- 1/2 cup filtered water- vanilla extract, splash- mini mochi bites Note: I used Bob's Red Mill Cake Flour in this recipe and it worked really well. The bubble waffles turned out really soft and delicate. Ready in Total Time: 7 min.Prep Time = 5 min.Cook Time = 3 min.

Mix well until smooth. Strain (if needed).2. Preheat your bubble waffle maker, then lightly spray with non-stick cooking oil before pouring in the batter (may vary depending on the size of your waffle maker). Add in mini mochi bites if desired at this time.3. Cook the batter for approximately 3-4 minutes (or until golden brown) following the method and steps in the video.
